As an Implementation Consultant at Sakura, you are responsible for bringing automation solutions into daily practice at customer sites. You guide implementation projects and make sure systems are delivered, installed, and ready for use.
You work independently and take ownership of your projects, while knowing when to involve a senior consultant for support or guidance. Alongside the practical work, you also contribute to decisions about the project approach and help shape how implementations are carried out.
You are responsible for your own area and customer projects. From time to time, you may support implementations in other parts of Europe, depending on your experience and skills.
Work in multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities between technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
Act as the main contact for customers and internal teams during implementation projects.
Deliver on-site training, workshops, and hands-on support to ensure successful system adoption.
Monitor progress, address issues, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
Deliver agreed project objectives and measurable implementation results.
Keep up to date with developments in automation technology and pathology workflows and apply this knowledge in projects.
A medical or science-related education, preferably focused on laboratory medicine.
Experience with implementation projects and change management.
Preferably 5 years of hands-on experience in a pathology laboratory.
The ability to guide and motivate users and project teams during implementations.
A flexible and solution-oriented approach, able to adapt to changing project situations.
Good verbal and written command of English.
