What we require: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. You have 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, or a comparable analytical role. You are proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker Studio. You have strong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with SQL or Python/R experience. You understand finance and controlling principles and have worked with HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, recruiting KPIs, or diversity. You have a structured and detail-oriented working style and handle sensitive data responsibly. You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
