Fuel your passion

As a Sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute with innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.

As a Sales Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Your territory will be East / North Germany.

2. Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success

3. Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.

4. Developing a plan and a strategy to ensure the development of our visual sales in the assigned territory

5. Defining and executing the regional visual strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader

6. Defining actions and initiatives to drive quarterly results

7. Building a visible opportunity funnel across the assigned territory – using Waygate tools provided

8. Gathering and reporting Voice of Customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

9. Have experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements

10. Have the ability to be a technical consultant to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships

11. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner

12. Be able to communicate in English and fluent in German

13. Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment

14. Demonstrate passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization

15. Travelling at least 50% of your time
