(Senior) Internal Communication Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage employees and drive alignment during times of change
* Partner with leaders and teams to create informative and inspiring content across various internal channels
* Foster an inclusive communication culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our global workforce
* Measure the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and analytics to improve engagement
* Manage multiple communication projects and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution
* Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools, approaches, and formats to enhance employee experience.
What you need to succeed in the role:
* A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international FinTech
* Proven track record in strategizing and implementing communication initiatives with an employee-centric approach
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible way
* Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders
* Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
