* This full-time position in the IT department requires expertise in heterogeneous IT systems and networks based on Microsoft servers.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong service skills, ability to deal with complex requirements, and excellent English language proficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first/second-level support for IT fault reports and service requests, administering software systems, and identifying vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience working with ticket systems such as Matrix42/ServiceNow is an advantage.
