Your tasks
* Strategic, operational development of existing and new internationally active key accounts responsible for sales and results
* Configuration of holistic HISconnect and HISenergy customer solutions supported by the respective product management or the 2nd-Level-Sales Teams
* Co-responsibility for the electrical design including circuit diagrams, thermal calculations, and test requirements
* Supporting the further development of business areas through innovative ideas and impulses
* Interface between sales, development and marketing with a strong market and customer focus
* Care and management of your customers, leads, and projects using CRM - goals, milestones, tracking activities
What you bring
* Electrical engineering Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent education with a focus on electrical engineering, energy technology or industrial engineering
* Solid experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the field of photovoltaics, BESS, and energy infrastructure
* Knowledge of relevant standards and technical standards advantageous
* Ability to present complex product and system solutions in a clear and understandable way
* Strong analytical skills and an eye for trends and competition
* Very good German and English language skills in speaking and writing
