You will be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and the market - ensuring every launch, feature release, and narrative lands with precision and scale. How you can contribute to HeyJobs Own positioning and messaging for the full HeyJobs product suite, synthesizing customer interviews, sales call transcripts, and competitor data into sharp, conversion-driving narratives. Use AI to produce, iterate, and personalize sales content at scale and with high quality. Plan and execute GTM strategies for product launches and commercial initiatives, building AI-powered workflows that let you run research, drafting, and distribution in parallel. Analyze user behavior content effectiveness to identify drop-offs that signal messaging, positioning, or expectation mismatches. Continuously sharpen the narrative and messaging across our B2B website and key touchpoints across our customer journey, ensuring the way HeyJobs shows up in the market is compelling, consistent, and converts. Work closely with Product and GTM to ensure every launch, feature release, and commercial initiative lands with the right narrative at the right moment across all touchpoints.
