Job Responsibilities:
* We assess loan applications for commercial customers in terms of credit risk and conduct annual follow-ups on counterparties and projects across various segments.
* Our team identifies risks inherent to debtors and transactions and provides opinions to inform decision-making bodies.
* We analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and counterparties' ratings to ensure effective risk management.
* Additionally, we value assets used as collateral, such as mortgages on buildings in the Greater Region or abroad.
* Our analysts provide support to the Front Office by structuring loans, offering credit risk advice, and determining collateral levels.
* Compliance with established credit risk procedures and guidelines is our top priority.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least three years of higher education in economics, management, or finance, or at least five years of professional experience in corporate banking or consulting.
* Proficiency in French and English, with knowledge of German considered an advantage.
* Strong understanding of loans, financial instruments, and local real estate markets.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Visual Basic, Access, and Business Objects.
* Familiarity with Basel Rating Tools.
* Able to collaborate closely with front office and sales teams to grow business while protecting the bank.
