The Sales & Retail Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of sales strategies within the assigned geographic area. Expanding the brand’s market presence by developing sales strategies tailored to thewholesale channel, with a strong focus on retail activities such as customer quality and brand consistency.
# Ensuring sustainable and profitable sales growth by managing and optimizing resources (people, investments, and costs).
# Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide strategic support and coordination for subsidiaries, franchise partners, and key retail locations to optimize brand distribution and profitability.
Sales & Performance Management
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability across channels of distribution.
Monitor sales performance (budget, revenue, and profitability) and ensure continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
Manage and oversee the wholesale sales network and retail teams, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
Work closely with Retail Excellence teams to support the development and training of in-store teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate with HQ and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer experience initiatives.
Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal management of budgets, personnel, and operational costs.
Ensure that all sales initiatives and in-store activations are in line with brand positioning and market objectives.
Act as the key liaison between HQ and the regional teams, providing continuous feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.
Fluent in English and German language
