1. Group-wide coordination and planning of activities to obtain and maintain approval as a development and manufacturing organization in the field of air traffic management (ATM) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1769
2. Support and advice for process teams in adapting their processes
3. Cross-location advice and assistance for operational product areas in setting up and maintaining compliance programs.
4. Point of contact (PoC) for EASA, customers, and national supervisory authorities
Key Qualifications
5. University degree in science/technology, preferably in information technology, or comparable long-term professional experience
6. At least 5 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of project management or quality management
7. Experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary teams
8. Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to work independently
9. Experience with company and product certifications, ideally experience with processes for approval as a development and manufacturing company in the aviation sector (preferably ground systems) is desirable
10. Willingness to travel <5% (mainly Europe)
