Your role
* Calendar, meeting & appointment coordination
* Team and leadership support across daily operations
* Preparatory accounting, invoicing & expense management
* Coordination with external accounting partners
* Organization of team events & office wellbeing
* Office management & process support
Your profile
* Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management or similar roles
* Strong accounting mindset & attention to detail
* Highly organized, proactive & reliable
* Fluent in German & English
