* Personal and cordial care of our guests in the breakfast restaurant and in the VIP lounge The LEVEL
* Ensuring a smooth service process and compliance with our quality standards
* Independent work and willingness to take on responsibility
* Induction and support of trainees, students and new employees
* Professional food and beverage service with competent advice and active sales
* Preparation and maintenance of the mise en place for optimal service
Your Profil:
* Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
* At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in the restaurant or banqueting area of the hotel industry
* High service orientation and host mentality
* Flexibility for a varied assignment in the breakfast restaurant and in the VIP lounge
* Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
* Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and independent working style
* High quality awareness and attention to detail
* Very good knowledge of German and English
