As a Senior Consulting Manager within Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), you will lead and deliver projects for multinational clients in Central Europe, owning the delivery of data gathering, analysis, insight generation, and strategic recommendations. You will also support internal projects, analysis, and reports. Responsibilities Manage the delivery and sales of consulting projects. Run several project engagements simultaneously. Develop and maintain project plans, scope, and final deliverables. Prepare presentations and reports. Conduct data analysis and benchmark from internal/external sources and desktop research. Deliver reports and presentations communicating recommended approaches, often with a project team. Hold and manage client delivery presentations. Effectively communicate and liaise project findings with internal and external clients at various levels. Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, collaborating closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Support the Visa Central Europe Consulting team to source new projects and liaise with other parts of the Visa Europe business for projects scoping and completion. Identify process improvements, including repeatable and scalable solutions, and share knowledge with team members. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between remote and office work and are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday – Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications Passionate, self‑motivated, results‑oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently. Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives. Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics, acting as a trusted advisor. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Executive presence including excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations. Demonstrated leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization. Experience in several key payments business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management, for both credit and debit cards. Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment. Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience.
