(Senior) Therapy Development Manager (m/w/d)

Global Marketing Bradycardia develops long-term strategies, provides tactical planning and prepares market launches for BIOTRONIK's innovative products. As Therapy Development Manager, you will play a key role by providing comprehensive clinical science information related to our strategies. You will interact with healthcare professionals, especially key decision makers, to generate new clinical insights and support the development of new products and services.
Your tasks
1. Creating and maintaining clinical evidence documentation to prioritize projects and tasks
2. Representing the specialist department in interdisciplinary teams and as a regional contact
3. Supporting product management in the creation of clinical requirements documents
4. Monitoring and analyzing developments and trends in the specialist area
5. Communicating findings and information to internal stakeholders
6. Developing strategies and roadmaps for market segments
7. Supporting the creation of business cases and the generation of evidence
Your profile
8. You have a university or equal degree and several years of professional experience in the health care sector
9. Experience in clinical research and especially in cardiology is an advantage
10. You are a team player, value a collaborative way of working, can work independently and are goal-oriented
11. You have a strong hands-on mentality and can infect others with your enthusiasm. You are outgoing and not afraid to approach people
12. You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German
13. You work well in an international environment and are happy to travel to get in touch with our customers and regional interfaces
