Your mission
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who wants real ownership from day one, not a desk job. If you're looking for a place to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into catering and sales leadership, keep reading.
What we expect:
• Own daily operations: kitchen coordination, dispatch, logistics, and order flow
• Take responsibility for execution under pressure, ealy mornings, tight timelines, real stakes
• Work side by side with drivers and kitchen teams to make sure things actually run
• Gradually take ownership of catering operations and client-facing processes
• Learn the business end-to-end and grow into commercial (catering/sales) responsibilities over time
Your profile
* You're reliable, fast, and execution-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do
* You thrive under pressure and can deliver clean results even on tight timelines
* You're detail-oriented when it counts, but never at the expense of speed
* You take full ownership of your responsibilities, no excuses, no hand-holding needed
* You communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams (drivers, kitchen staff, coordinators)
* You hold a valid EU driver's license (Class B) - mandatory
* You speak English fluently; German is a strong advantage
* Bonus points if you have prior experience in logistics, food service, or operations
