Your responsibilities
* Manage and further develop relationships with key accounts
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen Group
* Take strategic and operational responsibility for sales and profit targets
* Identify market opportunities and develop customer-specific solutions
* Coordinate and align with internal departments (Project Management, Engineering, Production, Quality)
* Lead contract and price negotiations on national and international level
* Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis
Your profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
* 3–5 years of professional experience
in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive supplier industry
* Mandatory experience as a Tier-1 supplier working directly with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen Group
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset
* Customer-oriented, structured, and entrepreneurial approach
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
