You can look forward to
* Supporting the rating processes of the Hannover Re Group and gaining insights into finance and risk topics
* Assisting with the planning, preparation, and execution of rating meetings with internal departments and external rating agencies
* Contributing to the calculation, analysis, and further development of rating models for the Hannover Re Group and its subsidiaries
* Analyzing capital requirements, sensitivities, and model changes to assess financial strength
* Supporting internal and external reporting
* Working in an experienced team with room to shape your own responsibilities
You come equipped with
* A completed degree in economics or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance/accounting
* Initial experience in (re)insurance, banking, or at a rating agency is an advantage
* Good knowledge of financial statement analysis and accounting (IFRS)
* Analytical thinking skills and strong organizational abilities
* Passion for finance and capital markets
* Business-fluent German and English
* Enjoyment of teamwork and a responsible approach to work
