Business Partner (m/f/x)
As an IT Business Partner (m/f/x), you will act as the key interface between business and IT. You will advise our divisions and companies on digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective business-IT alignment across the listed domains.
Steer the development and implementation of business strategies in close alignment with executive leadership for the domain Enterprise Steering & Support from the IT perspective
Identify and evaluate new IT trends and technologies, to enable new business opportunities and drive innovations
Overlook the activities of all IT entities in the domain Enterprise Steering & Support
Contribute to transformation initiatives, and oversee the portfolio of demands, projects and services across the business domain Enterprise Steering & Support
Lead change management initiatives, applying structured methodologies and overcoming barriers and silos
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including executive leadership) and facilitate decision making processes
Ensure compliance considering governance guidelines and risk management processes
Initiate and steer innovation and digitalization projects, assessing and proving new ideas, technologies and trends
Represent the company at conferences, industry forums, and through thought leadership activities
Several years of experience of IT Strategy & Consulting in a similar role (e.g., Business Consultant, Business Partner) in an international environment or larger mid-sized company in related business fields (Business domains Enterprise Steering & Support)
Proven experience managing complex task in global business environment
Fluent in German and English, any other European language B2 level is a plus
