About the Role We are looking for a Sales Assistant – Commercial Operations to become the operational backbone of our commercial team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all commercial activities — streamlining communications, preparing high-impact pitch decks, coordinating customer meetings, and supporting both customers and internal stakeholders. Your work will ensure seamless processes, enable effective decision-making, and give the sales team the focus they need to close deals, enabling growth. Your Daily Business Streamline communications: Ensure clear and timely information flow across internal teams and with customers. Create impact: Prepare and refine pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials for customer meetings. Enable success: Organize and manage customer meetings, including agenda planning, documentation, and follow-ups. Support deals: Assist in the preparation of offers, proposals, and contracts. Keep data sharp: Maintain and manage the CRM system with accurate, timely information. Provide insights: Build reports and dashboards for management and team performance tracking. Bridge teams: Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, events, and content that support sales activities. Be the hub: Act as the primary contact for all commercial-related activities for customers and internal stakeholders. Improve processes: Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements to streamline workflows. Base Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in sales support, commercial operations, sales enablement or executive/management assistance, ideally in a fast-paced, b2b and international environment. Proven ability to create professional presentations and pitch decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Solid knowledge of CRM tools and structured reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills to coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a natural ability to connect with people. Fluent in English and German. Based in / around Munich or willing to relocate. Nice to have: Experience in hardware, robotics, or food service related sales or industries.
