Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join our team as an Analyst for Prudential Supervision of Investment Fund Managers.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves overseeing a portfolio of investment fund managers subject to specific laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A proactive, flexible individual with a strong initiative and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing authorization requests from investment fund managers;
* Performing prudential supervision through analysis of financial reports, annual reports, and management letters;
* Providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance and risk evaluation;
* Participating in cross-functional working groups and development projects;
* Contributing to the development of supervisory tools and legal frameworks.
Requirements:
* A four- or five-year university degree in economics, finance, management, or law;
* Minimum three years' experience in UCIs and/or IFMs;
* Good knowledge of regulatory and legal obligations;
* Proficiency in French, English, and German;
* Strong analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the legal framework and supervisory tools for the CSSF, participating in cross-functional working groups and project follow-ups.
