What You’ll Be Doing Architectural Leadership: Define and evolve the structure and direction of our software and system architecture—establishing best practices, design patterns, and technical standards. Technology Research: Track market developments and identify how new tools and frameworks, particularly in artificial intelligence, can enhance our applications and processes. DevOps Enablement: Streamline and automate development pipelines (CI/CD) and champion improvements to our deployment workflows and infrastructure. Mentoring & Coaching: Offer technical guidance to development teams, support code reviews, and ensure architectural consistency across projects. AI Integration: Design and oversee the implementation of machine-learning and AI solutions—from prototype through production rollout.
