As our Datacenter Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating our colocation infrastructure, managing providers, and ensuring smooth operations across our datacenter landscape. * You coordinate with colocation providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and operational transparency.
* You align rack space and power capacity with stakeholder demand through structured planning and monitoring.
* You organize hardware and spare parts logistics, including procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination.
* You manage Remote Hands services and ensure accurate execution of onsite tasks.
* You maintain clear, customer-focused documentation and communication for all datacenter-related activities.
Your Profile
Do you bring a strong sense of ownership and structure to complex operational topics? Are you confident in managing external partners and internal stakeholders? * Proven experience in datacenter operations, infrastructure planning, or vendor management.
* Solid understanding of colocation environments and hardware logistics (a technical background is a plus).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and vendors.
* Fluent in both German and English.
