solutions, from strategy and conception to implementation.Identify
and select relevant data sources.Conduct data analysisCollaborate
with customers to identify AI challenges and develop innovative,
business-aligned solutions using LLMs and cloud platforms.Design
and lead workshops& training sessions to support AI
adoption.Stay up to date with AI advancements, identifying
opportunities to apply emerging technologies.Translate business
requirements into AI use cases and guide technical teams in
implementation.Maintain clear documentation of AI models,
processes, and methodologies.Actively contribute to large-scale AI
& IT transformation projects.Plan and oversee resource
utilization for ongoing projectsEnsure AI solutions are technically
feasible, scalable, and aligned with business
goals.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business,
Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proven
experience in AI consulting or a similar role with strong customer
interaction.Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and
NLP techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing AI
solutions.Familiarity with AI development tools and cloud platforms
like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong analytical skills, with the
ability to evaluate technical and business challenges
effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
capable of interacting with both technical teams and business
stakeholders.Experience in creating and presenting business cases
for AI adoption.Fluency in both spoken and written English and
German is a must. Min. German level C1 is required for this
position.Nice to Have:Experience with data manipulation tools
(e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL) and deploying AI models in
production.Experience in collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing
large datasets to ensure high-quality data input for AI
models.Familiarity with LangChain for building robust, scalable
AI-driven solutions.Familiarity with Zapier or MS
PowerAutomate.Knowledge in building and maintaining AI evaluation
