We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Architect in PEGA to play a key leadership role in the design, architecture, and delivery of complex PEGA-based solutions. You will guide technical teams, define architectural standards, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable and high‑performing applications that support critical business processes. Your Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end PEGA architectures aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. Define technical guidelines, patterns, and reusable components to ensure consistency across solutions. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable system designs. Act as the main technical authority on PEGA architecture and implementation. Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to developers and system architects. Review solution designs and ensure alignment with PEGA guardrails and performance recommendations. Oversee the full software development lifecycle for PEGA applications. Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization. Ensure proper integration with external systems through APIs, web services, and integration layers. Define and enforce architectural governance, coding standards, and quality benchmarks. Support quality assurance processes, including code reviews and solution audits. Ensure that application performance, security, and scalability requirements are met. Your Profile Proven experience as a Lead Systems Architect or Senior PEGA Architect. PEGA LSA Certification (Lead System Architect) – mandatory. Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC and experience with recent PEGA platform versions. Solid background in enterprise solution architecture and BPM ecosystems. Experience with integration technologies (REST, JSON, SAML, OAuth). Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and cloud architectures. Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployments). Familiarity with containerization, microservices, or cloud‑native PEGA environments. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Why Join Us?
