Tasks & responsibilities You proactively support the Head of Sourcing Excellence & Transformation in driving the strategic transformation of our GBS Sourcing organization by translating global strategies into actionable, results-oriented roadmaps. You continuously analyze industry, technology, and service trends in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain, with a strong focus on Sourcing Execution & Contracting solution, to dynamically shape and evolve the GBS Sourcing AI and digitization roadmap. With a keen eye for optimization, you independently identify opportunities for standardization within the S2P project portfolio and consistently propose and implement impactful improvements to enhance performance, automation, and service delivery (within SAP ARIBA system). You serve as a central interface for demand management across GBS Sourcing, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Heads of Purchasing, Sourcing Area Leads, GBS PPM, and IT partners to ensure alignment and responsiveness to business needs. You confidently lead global, cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, demonstrating agility, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset to accelerate the GBS Sourcing transformation journey. Requirements Masteru2019s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Economics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or IT. Several years of hands-on sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on quality and compliance. Proven track record in managing projects, including familiarity with methodologies such as SCRUM, AGILE, and Waterfall. Solid understanding of end-to-end processes, sourcing approaches, and cross-GBS services within the S2P stream. Strong communication and networking abilities, including cross-functional collaboration, and a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and drive results.8 years of experience: long term experience Applications from persons with severe disabilities are warmly welcomed.
