Now the company is looking for an ERP Administrator to join their team onsite in Hamburg
Tasks:
* Assisting in coordinating and delivering business project objectives, alignment, and close collaboration with the project manager
* Assisting in project update, progress report, resources, timeline, financial and cost tracking
* Assisting in risk mitigation, troubleshooting and solving issues
* Assisting in scheduling meetings and setting agendas for project meetings
* Updating assigned project reports
* Quality assurance, for example, through collating data, auditing, or compliance checks
* Helping to ensure system users comply with the trained process and workflows
* Ensuring proper documentation for each task, process, system configurations or customization
* Assisting in "As Is To Be" documentation, proposing solutions, system configuration, verification, training, migration and Go Live. End-to-end project management
* Regular system administration activities. User business and system process support
* Assisting in conducting training for stakeholders
Must-have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
* Min. 2 years of work experience in an equivalent position
* Experience in ERP support, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and BI Reporting
* Proficiency in written and verbal English and German language
* Readiness to travel locally and overseas
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Effective planning, analytical, and implementation skills
* Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
* Able to work well under pressure
* Able to work self-reliantly
Nice-to-have:
* Hands-on experience in software development and implementation
