About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Basic understanding of HR planning (HR system/policy), HRM, and HRD.
  • Preferably experienced in HR-related roles.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate various data sources to make comprehensive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with an open-minded approach to foster constructive discussions and results.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency (English is the official working language).
  • Korean language proficiency is considered a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required / Advanced users are preferred.

    • Your tasks

  • Manage HR-related statistics to ensure accurate data management for MPE-FRA and PDCs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and regulations in line with organizational needs.
  • Provide payroll-related information and guidance to expatriates and employees.
  • Report HR-related requests from HQ and provide corresponding data and updates.
  • Report on key HR decisions by preparing clear and structured reports.
  • Coordinate compensation levels and HR systems across PDCs in consideration of varying local labor laws.
