Introduction to the position
Our client, a well-established European company headquartered in France, is expanding their Workday Financials rollout across multiple countries. They are seeking a talented Workday Financials Analyst to join their internal Workday support team.
This is a key role focused on post-implementation support, system configuration, and ensuring the Workday Financials system is fully aligned with finance and accounting processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, helping onboard new entities and improve financial workflows across the group.
The role offers flexibility with remote work available across France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, or other EU countries, with occasional travel to Paris or other European offices.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide post-implementation support and configuration for Workday Financials
* Maintain and update financial data structures and system configurations
* Collaborate with finance teams to align Workday with business processes
* Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
* Manage onboarding of new entities within the Workday environment
* Assist with testing and rollout of new functionalities and updates
* Coordinate small projects related to Workday Financials enhancements and integrations
Desired Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support
* Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
* Proven ability to handle Workday administration tasks independently
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
* Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities across multiple locations
* Willingness to travel occasionally to Paris or other European offices
