* Refine the business development strategy for Germany by assessing key markets and target profiles.
* Source potential acquisition targets through research, networking, and industry events.
* Establish relationships with owners, founders, and C-level executives of target companies.
* Qualify potential targets and guide sellers through the M&A process.
