As Managing Director, you’ll take full operational ownership of the business and lead it into its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic direction with daily execution. Oversee financial planning, performance tracking, and budget management to support strategic decisions.
Manage and develop a small cross-functional team including a CTO, full-stack developers, and business development staff.
Shape and execute market expansion strategies, including international growth opportunities.
Coordinate with external marketing partners and freelancers to implement new marketing initiatives.
Experience in early-stage or lean startup environments, ideally in consumer tech, affiliate, or marketplace businesses.
Online marketing skills/ growth marketing background preferred
Financially literate with strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
Based in Berlin or open to frequent presence in Berlin for hands-on leadership.
