As Senior Business Development Director (f/m/x) based in Germany, you are a strategically-minded hunter and hands-on leader who drives new business opportunities across dynamic industries: Utilities, Business Services & Security, Retail & Real Estate, Public Sector, and Incubator accounts.
You recognize market opportunities early – whether in energy transformation, smart business solutions, digital commerce, public digitalization, or niche innovation markets. Your focus is on developing tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and accelerate your clients’ success.
With your experience in solution selling and tech-enabled service models, you lead the full sales cycle – from initial contact to contract signature – while helping shape the digital transformation of your clients.
In addition, you support and develop a team member based in Germany. Your leadership skills help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You work closely with Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to maximize every opportunity and drive sustainable growth.

* You have a strong network in at least one of the mentioned industries.
* You think strategically, act hands-on, and pursue new client opportunities proactively.
* You bring leadership experience or potential and enjoy supporting others in achieving shared goals.
* You combine technical fluency with the ability to translate complex IT services into clear customer value.
* You are familiar with nearshore models and have experience across the full SDLC; knowledge in AI/ML, IoT, or data-driven transformation is a plus.
* You are confident in dealing with buying centers and public tenders.
* You are empathetic, convincing, and communicate effectively at C-Level.
* You are fluent in German and English at business level.
This is your role
* Develop new clients and grow existing relationships in Germany and the wider DACH region.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities across energy, digital services, ecommerce & facility, public sector transformation, and innovation-driven markets.
* Support and guide your local team member in Germany while fostering collaboration and ownership.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to co-create client-centric solutions and impactful go-to-market initiatives.
* Track market signals, trends, and competitive moves – and turn them into business opportunities with relevance and value.
