Your tasks
As the main contact person for IT in the North Cluster in Berlin, you are the interface between technology and everyday medical practice:
6. System administration: You are responsible for the smooth operation of the local IT environment and the connected practices.
7. Support & Management: They provide on-site support to users, set up modern workplaces, and confidently solve complex IT requirements.
8. Strategy & Development: They actively drive the future-oriented development and implementation of local IT infrastructures.
9. Project management: You will plan and successfully implement local IT projects at the Berlin location.
10. Process optimization: You play a key role in the development and definition of central IT processes to ensure first-class service quality.
Your profile
11. Experience: Several years of practical experience in the generalist support of IT infrastructures (system and network administration).
12. Expertise: Sound knowledge of Windows systems (client/server), workplace solutions, telephony and modern network technology.
13. Implementation skills: Experience in implementing new IT solutions and in supporting IT projects.
14. Industry knowledge (Plus): Ideally, you have some initial experience with IT systems in the healthcare sector (e.g., HIS or practice management programs).
15. Soft skills: An analytical, structured work style paired with a strong service orientation.
16. Languages: Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
