Job Description As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our Customer Insights team, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions across our marketing organization, working closely with teams such as User Growth, Acquisition, and CRM. In this role, you will use a dataset of millions of customers to unlock powerful insights and build a deep understanding about our customer behavior, which is directly translated to impactful marketing strategies. From building segmentations and developing customer-level prediction models (like churn probability and customer lifetime value) to generating insights and creating scalable business reports, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Conduct deep-dive analyses and insights on customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend actions. Build and improve customer segmentations to enable targeted marketing strategies. Build reporting models using dbt and Looker dashboards to monitor business performance and support the teams on their day-to-day operations as well as the management on high-level business planning. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with marketing, data engineering, and product teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
