YOUR TASKS:
1. Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for wind turbine component development
2. Provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and align project goals across departments
4. Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
5. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
6. Ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interdisciplinary engineering teams
7. Manage the full development lifecycle from concept to serial production
8. Implement effective risk and stakeholder management strategies
9. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes
10. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
YOUR PROFILE
11. M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with additional training in Project Management
12. Proven experience in leading and mentoring Project Managers, ideally in the wind energy sector
13. Strong background in project management methodologies; PM certification preferred
14. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
15. Systematic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
16. Proficient in MS Office (incl. MS Project Server); experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus
17. Intercultural competence and ability to work in international teams
18. Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus
19. Willingness to travel as needed
