Your seat to fill:
Strategic Steering & Analysis:
1. Develop business cases, forecasts, deviation and KPI analyses for the CEO and management board
2. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and efficiency improvements
3. Prepare decision-making documents and strategic recommendations for the CEO
Sales & Business Development:
4. Support the design and execution of sales strategies
5. Analyze customer segments, product performance, markets, and competitors
6. Optimize sales processes and develop new go-to-market approaches
7. Prepare Pricing strategy together with Chief Commercial Office
Product Development & Innovation:
8. Collaborate with product management and R&D on new product launches
9. Conduct market and trend analyses to shape the product strategy
10. Create business plans for new product ideas and features
Project & Stakeholder Management:
11. Lead strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
12. Act as one key interface between internal departments (Finance, Sales, Brand, Product, Operations)
13. Support preparations of management meetings, investor discussions, and presentations

14. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
15. Several years of experience in an analytical business function (e.g. Business Management, Corporate Development, Consulting, Private Equity, Sales/Product Management)
16. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and financial modeling
17. Proven track record in sales, business development, and/or product management
18. Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with hands-on execution
19. Strong communication and presentation abilities at management level
20. High sense of ownership, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
21. Fluent in English and German
