This role offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end recruitment solutions across the European market within a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment (360 Delivery)</strong>: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse European roles. Act as a trusted, reliable contact person for both clients and candidates from initial sourcing to contract signing.</li><li><strong>Candidate Engagement & Sourcing: </strong>Proactively identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, and professional communities. Conduct phone and video screenings to assess capabilities, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.</li><li><strong>Client & Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, compensation benchmarks, and core competencies. Facilitate smooth feedback loops and align expectations to drive continuous process improvement.</li><li><strong>Offer & Onboarding Management: </strong>Handle offer communications and salary negotiations. Coordinate background checks in compliance with local data protection regulations (GDPR) and provide dedicated pre-boarding support to ensure a seamless start for candidates.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Optimization:</strong> Track and analyze key recruitment funnel metrics (response rate, interview conversion, offer acceptance, time-to-fill) to continuously optimize sourcing channels and candidate engagement strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: <strong>Minimum 2 years of proven experience</strong> in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, or RPO delivery, ideally within a European agency or corporate context.</li><li>Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and familiarity with standard recruitment tools and technology.</li><li>Language Skills: <strong>Professional proficiency in English is mandatory</strong>. <strong>Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage</strong>, as you will regularly collaborate with our headquarters in China. Additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.</li><li>Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
