Job Mission
We need an Office Manager to manage office needs as main point of contact with building/landlord, run maintenance, monitor inventory, order employee supplies and be cultural leader.
* Take ownership of office operations, track forecast vs actual expenses, and maintain excellent condition and organization of office including updates to furniture, tracking company assets and upholding cleanliness standards.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to lead events that engage teams and drive incredible employee experiences.
* Be cultural ambassador by assisting new hires, planning events and being supportive resource for employees and guests.
* Collaborate with Workplace Managers to ensure company culture and policies are consistent.
* Manage workplace programs and vendors including meals, snacks, swag, office supplies, onboarding, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial etc.
