This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and contribute to the marketing activities for Central Europe, with a strong focus on print materials. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the creation, production, and distribution of print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for organisation, project coordination, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a leading medical device company. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality print communications.
This role is offered as a 6-month limited contract, with potential for extension.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Print Material Coordination : Coordinate the lifecycle of print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) including reviewing global materials and adopting to the local consumer market.
* Localization & Translation: Coordinate localization of marketing materials for Central Europe, including occasional English-to-German translation and proofreading.
* Brand Compliance: Ensure all print materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand marketing needs and deliver print solutions.
* Administrative Support: Maintain organized records for print projects and vendors.
* Other Marketing Tasks: Undertake additional related tasks as needed.
Qualification and Experience
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally with experience in managing print production.
* Language Skills: Native communication skills in German and very good communication skills in English. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
* Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in standard computer applications, with experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
* Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms (preferred).
* H ealthcare Interest: An interest in the healthcare sector (preferred).
