The Key Account Management team plays a vital role in strengthening relationships with high-value financial clients. Acting as strategic partners, the team ensures client needs are met with precision and care, while driving business growth. Working collaboratively across departments, they deliver tailored solutions and maintain high service standards. Joining this team offers exposure to complex financial portfolios, strategic decision-making, and a dynamic, client-focused environment. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Key Account Manager? Manage and grow relationships with key financial clients. Serve as the primary contact for client needs and issue resolution. Develop account plans to increase profitability and client satisfaction. Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Advise clients on financial products and regulatory matters. Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance. Identify upselling and retention opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful? Experience, Education & Certifications Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; Master’s preferred. 5 years in account management or business development in finance. Strong financial product knowledge and strategic thinking. Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in teams. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CRM systems. Soft Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and German are required.
