About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, addressing business needs through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to design and develop new systems, modules, and solutions within the case management system ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Analysis and Solution Design: Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and functional requirements, defining and designing new systems, modules, and solutions.
* Market Research and Product Evaluation: Conduct market research and product evaluation in collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify suitable solutions.
* System Data Modelling and Corporate Data Flow Analysis: Analyze system data modelling and corporate data flow, including interoperability requirements.
* Project Team Guidance and Quality Assurance: Advise project teams on recommended solutions and implementation steps, supervise the development of new products/solutions, and evaluate their performance within the case management ecosystem.
* Quality Control and Validation: Coordinate tasks of external suppliers and validate the quality of delivered products from a technical and functional perspective.
Requirements
* Education: Minimum 5 years of higher education (Master or equivalent).
* Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience after higher education.
* Domain Knowledge: Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
* Previous Experience: Previous experience within an EU institution or financial company, preferably in software development projects translating complex business processes into case management and workflow solutions.
Skills
* Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of analysis/modelling tools, architectural design patterns, solution architecture design, and extensive hand-on experience in most of the following technologies: IBM FileNet, IBM Case manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Business Process Modelling, IBM Business Automation Workflow, I2 Enterprise Insight Analysis, Enterprise/Web Content Mgmt, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.).
* Soft Skills: Excellent writing skills for drafting technical analysis, ability to apply high quality standards, and very good level of English (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
