Your mission
* Develop and automate operational processes using tools such as Power Automate, Retool or other scripting languages
* Build interactive dashboards and internal tools to optimize business processes and make operational data easily accessible
* Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively detect issues
* Ensure data quality within Operations through regular updates and validation procedures
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions
Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field such as data science, engineering, computer science, statistics or a related discipline
* Strong skills in Power Automate and enthusiasm for automating manual processes
* Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms, ideally Retool, to develop internal applications and workflows
* Practical experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into automated solutions
* You are motivated to actively contribute to the growth of a leading charging infrastructure provider and are open to taking on both analytical and operational tasks
* You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
* You live nearby in Essen and are willing to come to the office 1–2 days per week
