Trainee Program: The Trainee Program lasts 12 months and is a full-time position (40h/week). It includes comprehensive training in the following areas: Online Marketing Training: Understanding general and industry-specific KPIs Collaboration between Marketing and Sales Programmatic Media Buying Banner creation & campaign setup Campaign analysis and optimization Affiliate setup and management Affiliate acquisition E-Mail & Push Notification Marketing Data Quality Management Controlling Country-Specific Training Our requirements: Business management degree or equivalent education Internet knowledge, ideally first experiences in online performance marketing Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team Valid authorization to work in Germany at the time of hiring (no visa sponsorship available). Fluent English skills (C1 or higher). Excellent proficiency in at least one major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or another EU language).
