The AI Data Science Engineer will drive Korro’s data and analytics infrastructure, including the data warehouse, BI systems, and AI-enabled workflows. The objective is to build robust, scalable pipelines that enable a strong focus on advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
A core responsibility is the rigorous analysis of clinical and real-world therapy data. Working within the Technology and Innovation AI, the role requires close collaboration with engineers, AI researchers, medical experts, and product teams. While the focus is on applied analytics rather than deep learning or LLM training, the ideal candidate is AI-ready : stays current with advances in AI, actively integrates modern AI tools (e.g., The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, hands-on execution, a product mindset, and a strong commitment to ethical AI in a pediatric healthcare context.
Drive and further develop Korro’s data warehousing and business intelligence landscape, building robust and scalable pipelines that enable advanced analytics.
Apply rigorous statistical methodologies to analyze clinical studies and real-world therapy data, identifying meaningful patterns that inform product development and clinical decision-making.
Establish high standards for statistical analysis, study evaluation, and data quality within the organization.
Collaborate closely with engineers, AI researchers, medical experts, product teams, and external partners to translate data into reliable, interpretable outcomes aligned with Korro’s Technology strategy.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is required.
A PhD or equivalent in a relevant quantitative discipline is beneficial, particularly with experience in applied statistical or AI-related research.
5–7 years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, and analytics in a production or applied research environment.
