Director, Service Product Management & Strategy (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Define and execute global service strategy to drive growth and profitability
* Own and develop the global service portfolio (contracts, spare parts, repairs, services)
* Lead pricing strategy and service business model development
* Drive service contract revenue, penetration, and renewal performance
* Ensure scalable processes and operational excellence across regions
* Develop service go-to-market strategies and support global sales enablement
* Lead cross‑functional teams and drive alignment in a global matrix organization
* Leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to drive innovation and portfolio decisions
Your profile:
* 10+ years in service product management, service strategy, or commercial roles
* Strong experience with global service portfolios and pricing strategies
* Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and business transformation
* Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems in service environments
* Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience driving results within a global matrix organization
