 1. Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach is a plus)
 2. Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech Company
 3. Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
 4. Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written
 5. Positive and energetic phone presence
 6. Proficient skills in one or more of the languages spoken in the EMEA region such as French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Swedish (other languages are welcome too) 
 7. Ability to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
