We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Based Marketing Manager (DACH) to join our team in Germany. This role will play a critical part in driving our marketing efforts by partnering closely with the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales Team to generate and nurture pipeline from a specific target account list.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, funnel acceleration tactics, and have a strong background in marketing to an engineering audience (bottoms up and tops down motion).
Design and implement full-stack Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to engage and convert target accounts. Develop and execute funnel acceleration tactics based on data insights to expedite the buyer’s journey and drive conversion rates.
Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events, including hosted, sponsored, and partner co-marketing events. Coordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution and lead generation.
Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics to optimize results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging across all channels.
Travel Requirements: Participate in events and meetings across the DACH region, with a significant amount of travel (around 30%) involved to support field marketing activities.
5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Gen, with a focus on ABM strategies and pipeline generation.
~ Experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
