Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team in the Transfer Agency department. This role will involve providing technical support to operational areas, handling complaints, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing processing quality and timeliness, ensuring tasks are processed as per Service Level Agreements, and working with teams to implement changes in proposed new regulations.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day oversight of processing quality and timeliness
* Ensure that all tasks are processed as per SLA
* Work with the team and group projects area on any allocated projects
* Ensure that processes and controls are amended when necessary and as instructed by the Team Leader or Management to improve output where quality at an individual level or process needs to be addressed
* Completion of monthly KPIs, timely and accurately
* Provide input to the Team Leader and contribute in weekly team meetings if required
* Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure that all current requirements are met
* Manage projects related to your environment and ensure smooth implementation
* Provide guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
* Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting
* Resolution of asset manager's queries
* Assume responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of the group, acting as a source of technical expertise
* Ensure that all risks are identified and highlighted immediately to the Team Leader
* Understand the background and propose appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrence
* Always available for clients, team members, and other teams
* Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English
