Your main tasks:
* Conduct security risk assessments and develop security strategies
* Develop and implement security policies and raise awareness
* Define and monitor mitigation plans, data analytics, and modeling
* Lead small consulting projects and participate in larger ones
* Document and present results, design training, and improve processes
* Advise customers and support cross-selling opportunities
* Conduct internal audits and prepare proposals and documentation
Required expertise and skills:
* Relevant degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields
* Knowledge of security management frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 27005, ISO 31000, etc.)
* Understanding of security technologies and controls
* Experience with ISMS and security initiatives
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, NIS2, Export Control, Defense, EASA)
* Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
* Ability to advise clients and work with international teams
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
