At KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for an Expert HR Systems & Data Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global HR Expert Hub. In this role, you will contribute deep functional and technical expertise across HR systems, organizational management, and HR data processes. You will play a key role in ensuring globally harmonized, compliant, and efficient HR system landscapes while supporting continuous improvement and global HR projects. This is a full-time (38 hrs) temporary (1,5 years) position for maternity leave located in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute expert knowledge to global HR systems and data management concepts
2. Translate HR concepts into technical system solutions and operational data processes
3. Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR systems and job architecture
4. Maintain global policies, standards, and frameworks
5. Coordinate global HR IT projects, rollouts, testing, and releases
6. Act as interface between HR, IT, and Global Transaction Center
7. Provide technical support and continuous process improvements
Your Profile
8. Academic degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
9. More than 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
10. Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
11. High IT affinity and analytical mindset
12. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
13. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
