About the Position
This position is part of the Group Human Resources team at ProCredit Holding, the listed parent company of our banking group. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing overall strategical guidance and development in the Human Resources area.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Project Management: Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
* Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new initiatives, processes, and systems within the organization.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are realized.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company's HR practices and governance remain current and compliant with the latest regulations and best practices.
Requirements
* Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or similar discipline.
* Experience: A proven track record in managing projects across multiple countries.
* Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills, strategical mindset for organizational change management, excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, proficiency in using MS Office products.
